Postage / Delivery

We use Australia Post Express shipping with signature on delivery - at no cost to you. We endeavour to post your items within 24 hours of final payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You can keep up with your tracking and delivery at auspost.com.au/track.

We ship Australia wide. At this stage we are unable to ship internationally.

How do I pay?

We accept payment through PayPal.

PayPal can accept your payments even when you don’t have a PayPal account.

It is also possible to pay by direct deposit or money transfer – please contact us if you would prefer this method.

Returns, Refunds & Store Credits

If you are unhappy with your item, please get in contact with us to discuss the issue. We are happy to process a return provided we are notified within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, and it is returned within 7 days (post-marked) with all original packaging and paperwork and in exactly the same condition as when received.

The item must be sent by Express Post, signature on delivery with tracking, with the cost entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned jewellery that has been on Layby will incur a 10% of purchase price re-stocking fee.

Items sold for less than $1500 can be returned for a refund or store credit. Items over $1500 can be returned for a store credit only.

Any item that has been resized or altered in any way cannot be refunded.

Please note that antique and vintage jewellery does not look brand new. That is part of its charm. The more care that is taken of it, the longer that charm and elegance will last.

Do you hold items?

We understand that sometimes making a purchase is a big decision. Due to the number of enquiries we receive, we can only hold an item for up to two hours without a deposit.

You can request a Hold by sending me a message on Facebook messenger. If we don't hear from you after two hours, the hold will lapse and the item will be available for others to purchase.

Please be aware that a general enquiry (e.g. "Can this item be re-sized?") does not a qualify as a Hold.
