Layby

If you have your eye on one of our beautiful pieces but need some time to pay, you are more than welcome to layby. Naturally there are a few conditions:

• All laybys require a minimum 20% deposit which is non-refundable.
• Regular weekly or fortnightly repayments (your choice) are required.
• Layby terms may be negotiated to between 10 and 20 weeks depending upon purchase price.
• Need more time to pay? These terms may be altered at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Layby Cancellation and Non-Payment

If you need to cancel your layby, Deb's Finest Jewellery and Antiques will retain the initial 20% deposit and return all other payments for that item.

If a layby is not completed in the agreed term and/or payments have ceased, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to remedy the situation. We will hold all payments for 28 days after the agreed date for finalization, at which time, the item will be re-listed for sale and Deb’s Finest Jewellery and Antiques reserves the right to retain any funds pertaining to the item.

We understand that sometimes making a purchase is a big decision. Due to the number of enquiries we receive, we can only hold an item for up to two hours without a deposit.
