Description - A wonderful antique find, this beautiful ring is engraved on the inner shank "H.M. to M.D. Dec 25th 1882 it is 142 years old & in exceptional condition for its age.

Crafted in 15ct yellow gold the ring has a 3.6mm to 5.2mm wide shank with hand etched &  lovely raised details on the shoulders.

There face / head of the ring runs down the finger and has three six claw coronets.

The centre coronet is set with a 3.9 x 3.3 x 2.1mm deep approx .22 carat octagonal step cut natural emerald that is medium bright green in colour.

Either side of the emerald is set with a 3.2mm x 3.0mm x 2.5mm deep and a 3.2mm x 3.0mm x 2.0mm deep approx .17 carat and .13 carat old mine cut H/I VS natural diamonds.

Total diamond weight .30 carat

The .13 carat has a chip on the crown, this doesn't effect the overall beauty or wearability of the ring.

This is a wonderful treasure, an excellent antique piece for the collector, rings of this age & in such good condition are not often seen on the market these days.
