Description - A wonderful antique Victorian era Sterling Silver cuff style bangle, assayed in Birmingham 1890 makers mark D & L for David & Lionel Speers Hilton St Birmingham.

A lovely wider style cuff bangle being 3cm in width, oval in shape so it goes over the arm easier & is comfortable to wear.

The upper half is designed with in two bands with an engraved  geometric style pattern & applied raised decoration within each diamond shape. The design is finished with small silver balls to the top & bottom edge.

The rear of the bangle is undecorated smooth sterling silver.

The bangle is hinged & closed with a tongue push in slot clasp.. It closes securely as it should.

This is a lovely example of a Victorian bangle, it is 134 years old & has a warm patina & is in really lovely condition.

There is a couple of tiny pin head dents to the rear mentioned for accuracy.
