Description - Original handcrafted Art Deco Early modern brilliant cut diamond shield style ring-  As my Gemologist notes in his valuation " The ring is in near new original condition & is a very high standard of manufacture."

A beautifully handmade ring, it is stamped for plat & 18k, The shank and under-rails test as 18ct white gold and the top plate tests as platinum .

The head of the ring is basically oval with a hollow back and measures 25mm long running down the finger..

The head of the ring is saw-pierced with beautiful fine millgrain edging and detailed hand engraved shoulders.

The centre of the head has a rub-over bezel, set with a .20 carat early modern brilliant cut G/H VS Natural diamond.

The head is also grain set with two .07 carat early modern brilliant cut G/H VS natural diamonds & fourteen .03 carat single cut G/H VS natural diamonds.

Total diamond weight - 0.76 carat.

The diamonds are superb near colourless  G/H with excellent VS clarity  & full of fire & brilliance.

This gorgeous original deco ring is an excellent example of highly skilled craftsmanship by a very talented  goldsmith.

The finer details in the head  are really amazing.

Rings like this & in such great condition are not often found on the market these day, an exceptional original Art Deco piece a wonderful ring to add to a collection or may to start one with.
