Description - A beautiful Art Deco Ring Featuring a Rare Transitional Cut G/H VS Diamond & gorgeous Design Detail.

Transitional cut diamonds were produced between 1920-1940 they started to transition from the Old European cut to the Early modern brilliant cut, they were also known as " American Cut" due to an American  Henry Morse having created this cut in his Boston workshop, his company was also known for producing the steam powered bruting machine. Quite the rarity.

This stunning ring is handmade with a 14ct white gold top & shoulders & the rest of the ring is in 18ct yellow gold.

The head of the ring has a centre coronet with a rub-over set 0.20 carat Transitional cut G/H VS diamond in an illusion style mount. A very fine quality diamond with exceptional brilliance & fire.

The shoulders have a total of twelve single cut G/H VS-SI diamonds, that have been bead set in white gold.

The shoulders are in a stepped design with fine millgraining to the edges of the white gold settings & the 18ct yellow gold.

A beautiful Art Deco Ring, which shows the wonderful skills & craftsmanship of the early goldsmith, the finely detailed design its superb a very well made ring.
