A Very Pretty Antique 9ct Solid Yellow & Rose Gold, Aesthetic Movement Brooch / Pin.

Craftworkers,  Artists, Poets, Architects, Critics & Philosophers Created a movement dedicated too Pure Beauty,,

throwing off the heavy shackles of the Conservative dark Victorian Period.

Goldsmiths started to create delicate, rings, bracelets & pins replacing the heavy opulence of the previous years.

This beautiful pin / brooch is crafted in 9ct yellow & rose gold , it measures approx 48mm in length,

The brooch is in rose gold, gorgeous highlighted leaves and delicate engraved details & wire work are in yellow gold.

Assayed in Birmingham, unfortunately there is only a partial date letter, we believe it to be Circa 1888/95

Early Hinge & C Clasp pin to rear, it closes securely as it should. 

This antique Brooch / Pin is in fabulous condition condition, it certainly has been well looked after.

included in the purchase.
