Description - A beautifully handcrafted vintage brooch featuring stunning colourful opal doublets & gorgeous design detail.

The brooch measures 38mm x 22mm & weighs a nice solid 5.81 grams.

Handcrafted in solid 9ct yellow gold,  one side of the brooch is designed in an open ribbon style and on the other side has three rub-over bezels.

The bezels are set with three oval to semi oval opal doublets measuring 11mm x 5.3mm, 11mm x 6.8mm and 8.5mm x 6.6mm respectively.

The opal doublets have high intensity blue, green and orange colours in a blocky & mossy pattern.

The opal doublets display gorgeous vivid colours, the richness of the 9ct gold & textured finish to the ribbon / bow make for an impressive brooch. 

The brooch has a good  pin & roll over secure clasp to the verso.

This brooch has been skilfully handcrafted by a very competent & creative jeweller.
