Description - Circa Early 1940's 14ct Two Tone Gold Ring, that has a gorgeous .60ct Old Mine Cut Diamond Taking centre stage, we believe this diamond was originally from an earlier ring. Often diamonds & gemstones were passed down through families & used in the making of another piece for a family member.

Crafted in 14ct yellow gold the ring has a 1.5mm to 3.4mm wide shank and a white gold head with a high saw pierced centre coronet.

The centre has an illusion style top plate with four claws and is set with a 0.60 carat Old Mine Cut H/I VS natural diamond. This is a Superb old mine cut with a lovely high crown & incredible fire & beauty with  excellent colour & clarity. The Diamond measures 5.2mm to 4.8mm x 3.5mm deep.

The shoulders are set with two .02 carat H/I SI natural diamonds.

A very beautiful ring, which would make an excellent engagement ring for the woman who loves the fire & romanticism of an old mine cut diamond.

The ring would look excellent worn with a band or as a dress ring. 

It is in fantastic condition.
