Description - This is an outstanding strand of stunning Akoya Cultured Pearls with a handmade clasp in solid 18ct yellow gold which acts as a centre pendant. A wonderful piece of design detail & very well made.

One 47cm knotted strand of 7.0 / 7.5mm Akoya Cultured Pearls.

The pearls are round, have a VERY HIGH LUSTRE, are pale cream with pink & green tones, and only have light blemishes. These are very good quality Akoya Pearls.

The clasp is handcrafted in solid 18ct yellow gold & acts as a central pendant, it has been designed as a face with a turban.

The centre has a rub-over bezel set with a 6.4mm x 5.2mm very approximately .90 carat, the setting prevents a depth measurement ,oval cabochon cut Natural Ruby with visible inclusions.

The eyes of the face are set with two .007 carat brilliant cut G/H VS natural Diamonds.

The turban is set with twenty eight .015 carat to .025 carat brilliant cut G/H VS Natural Diamonds.

The clasp pendant is an exceptional piece of design, with a small section of the turban that separates from the main body, to open & has a diamond set push in clasp to securely close.

This is an original / bespoke piece that has been beautifully handcrafted by a highly skilled & very creative goldsmith.

Good quality pearls  always  look absolutely superb  & this strand is of very fine quality, with the added Solid Gold Unique Pendant clasp, it really is an exceptional  & rather stunning necklace.
