Description - An outstanding Custom Made Ring, By one of Australia's Most Prestigious Jewellery Designers "Musson"
Robert & Kerry Musson Started their business on Sydneys North Shore in 1972, handcrafting their exclusive designs & creating exquisite jewellery for the past 50 years.
Robert Musson has won many prestigious awards over his lifetime & is one of the Founding Members of the diamond Guild of Australia. His sons Olivar & Damien have joined him in the business after completing their jewellery apprenticeship & Olivar like his father has gone onto win many prestigious awards predominantly in the " Fancy Colour Diamond category.
In 1993 Robert Musson won the Supreme Award at the De Beer's Australian Jewellery Design awards which was known as the most prestigious award in the country with " a Magnificent Bangle Featuring Argyle Pink Diamonds, Musson was Honoured to be named a De Beers Diamond of distinction Partner. " One of many awards & Outstanding achievements since 1972.
" Musson " are well known for their impeccable craftsmanship, design excellence, & their outstanding award winning creations.
This superb ring has been handmade in 18ct yellow gold with an 18ct white gold top plate.,
The top plate sits on a white gold support and the band / shank is made in yellow gold with fluted shoulders .
The width of the band is 3.20mm by 2.04mm deep at base., the shank on this ring is lovely & solid.
A Substantial ring weighing 9.45 grams.
The top / Head of the ring measures 17mm x 14mm approx & is claw set in the centre with a 0.55 carat brilliant cut Diamond, Colour F/G Clarity SI2.
The centre diamond is surrounded in a cluster style formation by a further eight round brilliant cut diamonds that have been rub over set.
There are two diamonds that measure 3.80mm x 3.70 x 2.27mm each total diamond weight of 0.38 carat, Colour E/G VS
Two Diamonds that measure that measure 3.15mm with a total diamond weight of 0.24 carat, Colour E/F Clarity VS-SI
Then another four diamonds at 2.50mm with a total estimated weight of 0.28 carat Colour E/F Clarity VVS- VS
Total Diamond Weight is - 1.45 carat. Fine quality Colour & Clarity.
A contemporary " Daisy " style of ring which displays impeccable craftsmanship, it also carries the " Musson " Raised Plaque Hallmark on the inner rear shank, to guarantee its authenticity .
